Movie starts at 28 hpf (0:00) and ends at 36 hpf (8:00). Dorsal extensions of ISVs send out filopodial protusions that upon contact to neighbouring ISVs remain connected. Filopodial activity decreases progresively and ceases just before lumen formation. |
