English: Saint Catherine of Alexandria, also known as Saint Catherine of the Wheel and The Great Martyr Saint Catherine. In Ibestad old church, Norway, before 1881, now at Tromsø museum. Statue from 15th century - English work.
Norsk bokmål: Katarina av Alexandria (f. ca 282 - ca 302) var jomfru, martyr, en av de fire virgines capitales og helgen med festdag den 25. november. Denne statuen i alabast stod i Ibestad gamle kirke før 1881. Den er fra 1400-tallet - engelsk arbeide. Nå i Tromsø museum.
