Čeština: Autor fotografie a videa Jiří Zelenka. Lečo a vařené brambory. Lečo s uzeninou. Původní Maďarský pokrm, který zdomácněl v Československé republice. Lečo bylo i konzervované (Domácí lečo s klobásou). Základní suroviny Paprika, rajčata, cibule, sádlo, vajíčka, uzenina, koření a sůl. V restauracích se podávalo lečo bez uzeniny s vařeným bramborem. Jako vhodná příloha slouží bílé pečivo a chléb. Czech Republic. |
