Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Spurn Head, East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
Spurn Head was sold by the Army to the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust in the 1950s, but the headland still has the remains of many military buildings. There is also a small estate of modern houses belonging to the RNLI, used to house Spurn's full-time lifeboat crew.
