Summary
[edit]DescriptionSprawl Exercise.webm |
English: The sprawl is a movement used most commonly in grappling to prevent the opponent from taking you down. The sprawl can also be used as an exercise. The burpee is sometimes confused with a sprawl, the difference being that the hips go to the ground, and the feet are wider apart in the sprawl. Demonstrated by Taco Fleur. |
