Description
English: 3D reconstruction of Z-stacks across infected cell. Infected Huh-7.5 cells were fixed at 48 hpi and processed for strand specific RNA detection. Shown are 32 slices 0.08 μm apart across the cell that were 3D reconstituted using Stacks in ImageJ.
