Description
English: ER remodeling events require APC/C activity. Pdi-GFP (green) / H2-RFP (red) transgenic embryos were injected just prior to entry into mitosis with the UBCH10-DN APC/C inhibitor. Images are viewed as the embryo enters cycle 11 mitosis. Early mitotic events and ER dynamics were normal until the UBCH10-DN induced metaphase arrest. Frames were taken every 10 seconds. This video corresponds to Fig. 4A. Playback at 14 fps.
