Description
English: Interphase-like arrest of ER Dynamics. Embryos expressing Pdi-GFP (green) and H2-RFP (red) were injected with the protein synthesis inhibitor, cycloheximide (CHX) and a DNA synthesis inhibitor, aphidicolin (APH) at metaphase of cycle 10 and observed through an arrest during cycle 11. Frames were taken every 10 seconds. This video corresponds to Fig. 3C. Playback at 14 fps.
