Wikipedia is an international Internet-based encyclopedia published by the non-profit organization Wikimedia Foundation. Wikipedia has more than 40 million articles in over 250 languages. Every month there are more than 500 million unique visitors to our website. In Norway, Wikipedia is the eighth most visited website, and more visited than for example NRK.no, Aftenposten.no and Dagbladet.no. [1] Wikimedia Norge has three goals we wanted to achieve with this survey: 1. Raise awareness of political parties about the vision of Wikimedia Norge [2] 2. Make our vision known among the voters 3. Show how Wikimedia can work with political elections In 2017, Wikipedia was blocked in Turkey. Wikimedia Sverige got a big fine because it was uploading pictures of public art. There are a raising struggle for facts in the society. This shows that the pressure against Wikipedia is increasing. Copyright in Norway is not one of the strictest but is not as free as e.g. the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and Australia [3]. Therefore it is interesting what kind of relationship Norwegian politicians have towards Wikipedia. We asked: 1. How satisfied are you with the articles about your party and politicians in Norwegian Wikipedia? 2. How important or unimportant does your party rate that knowledge is available in the Norwegian languages? 3. Does your party agree or disagree that all state-funded knowledge and culture databases should be available under free license, if possible?

Each of the main questions has subquestions.
