Français : Les possibilités d’Internet et la crise de la COVID ont changé la donne : les milieux documentaires sont contraints de se réinventer et de se diversifier. Si les bibliothèques ne sont pas près de disparaître, elles sont amenées à se transformer pour réduire les fractures numériques. Le rôle d’un bibliothécaire serait alors d’accompagner cette évolution des bibliothèques vers des espaces plus interactifs en proposant des initiations numériques ciblées qui peuvent aussi valoriser les collections et les ressources électroniques de l’établissement. Parce qu’elles fondent leur richesse sur la diversité de leurs contributeurs, parce qu’elles sont étroitement corrélées à la licence libre, deux plateformes web retiennent l’attention, HAL et Wikipédia.
English: The possibilities of the Internet and the COVID-19 crisis have changed the game: the library community is forced to reinvent and diversify itself. If libraries are not about to disappear, they are bound to transform themselves to reduce the digital divide. The role of a librarian would be to accompany this evolution of libraries towards more interactive spaces by proposing targeted digital initiations that can also enhance the institution’s collections and electronic resources. Because they base their richness on the diversity of their contributors, and because they are closely correlated with free licenses, two web platforms are of particular interest: HAL and Wikipedia. It is in this perspective that the BU of the Université Gustave Eiffel - formerly Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée - organizes a series of contributory workshops. |
