English: In vivo shuttling of lamin A to the nucleus. Time-lapse analysis of U2OS cells cotransfected with GFP-lamin A and HA-SNX6 to enhance GFP-lamin A extranuclear accumulation. Over a period of 8 hours, the extranuclear GFP-Lamin A progressively incorporated into the nucleus of the transfected cell. U2OS cells cotransfected with GFP-Lamin A and HA-SNX6 were examined under a Nikon ECLIPSE Ti time-lapse inverted microscope fitted with an 40× air objective (NA 0.6) using filters for GFP Cells were maintained in DMEM (containing 10%FBS and 20 mM Hepes) in 35 mm dishes (MatTek) at 37°C in a 5% CO2 atmosphere. |
