Description
English: Kalman smoother video. The video shows the inference of the underlying voltage in a passive cell from intermittent recordings along the dendrites. The left panel shows the true voltage; the middle panel the measurements (black means no measurement from that dendritic location at that time, cf. Figure 4); and the right panel the reconstructed voltage in the entire cell.
