| Description |
English: Smestow Brook near Seisdon, Staffordshire Seen from the bridge in Post Office Road. The depth marker is used to assist forecasting of flood warnings to properties further south. No rain (and not much snow) had fallen in the week before this image was obtained.
The Smestow Brook has its source in the Springfield area, to the north-east of Wolverhampton city centre. It flows into the River Stour at Stewponey, near Kinver. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smestow_Brook. |
