English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
Of the 600,000 Dutch people going on winter sport about 20,000 suffer an injury. The ANWB-Alarmcentrale (ANWB Emergency Center) makes sure the injured people can return to the Netherlands by Airplane, on a so-called gipsvlucht (plaster flight). SHOTS: skiers on a slope in Austria, injured woman is taken down the slope by two first aid workers; injured man in hospital with his leg in an orthopedic cast; int. call center ANWB-Alarmcentrale (with audio fragment of a call center worker giving information to someone that was injured during winter sport); impression of a gipsvlucht of the ANWB-Alarmcentrale (with Fokker Fellowship of Martinair); chauffeur getting into a car to take the family members of someone injured during winter sport home.

Van de zeshonderdduizend Nederlandse wintersporters lopen ongeveer twintigduizend letsel op. De ANWB-Alarmcentrale zorgt ervoor dat gewonde wintersporters per vliegtuig kunnen terugkeren naar Nederland, via de zgn. gipsvluchten. SHOTS: skiërs op Oostenrijkse skipiste; gewonde vrouw wordt door twee hulpverleners per brancard van skipiste vervoerd; gewonde man in ziekenhuis met been in gips; int. telefooncentrale ANWB-Alarmcentrale (met stemfragment van telefonist die voorlichting geeft aan gewonde wintersporter); impressie van gipsvlucht van de ANWB-Alarmcentrale (met Fokker Fellowship van Martinair); chauffeur die in auto stapt om familieleden gewonde wintersporter naar huis te brengen. |
