Description
English: Live cell wide-field imaging of an HL-1 atrial myocyte expressing Kv1.5-GFP (Kinesin-2 cargo). An image of the total microtubules (red) in the same cell was obtained by fixation and retrospective immunostaining with an antibody to total β-tubulin. The movie is an overlay of the image sequence of Kv1.5-GFP vesicles on the image of total microtubules.
