Description
English: A 33 s time-lapse sequence comprising 165 frames of tubular peroxisomes and neighboring ER in the apm1-1 mutant of Arabidopsis suggests the ER as the basis for holding a peroxisome cluster in a particular location as well as its unfolding and extension. (Basis for Figure 4B).
