Description
English: Simulation of a positive streamer discharge with an axisymmetric fluid model. The simulation is performed in a 1.6 cm parallel-plate geometry in air at 1 bar. A voltage of 32 kV is applied.

From left to right, cross sections of the following quantities are shown: 1. The electric field with equipotential lines 2. The electron density 3. The net charge density 4. The light emission
