Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Live-cell spinning-disk confocal imaging of a HeLa cell stably expressing σ2-EGFP before and after addition of StxB. The composite movie overlays two consecutive 3 min time-lapse series acquired from the same cell area before (green) and after (red) incubation for 10 min with StxB. The arrow points to a representative diffraction limited AP-2 spot appearing and disappearing within the time-lapse. Laplacian 2D and Gaussian filtering were applied to the time-lapse series to facilitate the graphic visualization [15] The last part of the movie compares the location at which new pits formed during the time series before and after addition of StxB.
