Summary
[edit]DescriptionShakinghands high.ogv | Original caption:"Shaking Hands: Iraqi President Saddam Hussein greets Donald Rumsfeld, then special envoy of President Ronald Reagan, in Baghdad on December 20, 1983." Video converted from .wmv to .ogg using w:SUPER (software). Audio channel in original consisted entirely of noise so it was simply deleted in the conversion. As this is a simple report of news in progress, it appears to be a simple (ie non-artistic) audio-visual work, protected for only 5 years under Iraqi law |
