Português: O ministro do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) Rogerio Schietti Cruz deferiu nesta quinta-feira (12) o pedido do Ministério Público do Rio Grande do Sul para suspender o julgamento de um dos acusados pelas mortes no incêndio da Boate Kiss, ocorrido em 2013. A sessão do tribunal do júri estava marcada para a próxima segunda-feira (16), na cidade de Santa Maria (RS), local da tragédia. A suspensão é válida até o julgamento, pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul (TJRS), do pedido de desaforamento feito pelo MP gaúcho em relação ao único dos quatro réus do caso que ainda estava com o julgamento previsto para Santa Maria. |
