Description
English: Absence of chromosome bridges in telophase I and II during normal meiosis. Time-lapse analysis of progression through the first and second meiotic divisions in spermatocytes expressing EGFP-tubulin and His2Av-mRFP. Both meiotic divisions are symmetrical and no chromosome bridges occur. Precise genotype description is given in S1 Table. Image stacks with 24 focal planes spaced by 1 μm were acquired with a time interval of 1 min. Scale bar = 10 μm.
