Description
English: Chromosomes aligned in control oocyte. Time-lapse microscopic analysis of a living oocyte expressing H2B-mCherry (red). Imaging of meiotic maturation began at pro-metaphase I. Time in hours and minutes (h: min) is shown. Acquisitions were taken every 20 min. Scale bar represents 50 µm.
