[edit]The scanned version of the manuscript has clear pagination, matching the somewhat hard-to-read pagination that was penned into the manuscript. Pages with library information and a permission letter have been appended to the end of the file (rather than the beginning), in order for the DjVu pagination to match the manuscript and simplify navigation.
