O objetivo é aproximar a Secretaria do público final, que agora pode se divertir com os conteúdos lançados, ampliar a criatividade e inovar na cozinha, produzindo pratos deliciosos, de forma ágil, e com alimentos que estão sobrando na geladeira ou despensa.

Carpaccio de Cogumelo:

Ingredientes - Cogumelos - Azeite - Molho Inglês - 2 colheres de sopa de Alcaparras picadas - Limão - Parmesão ralado

Modo de preparo:

Pique as alcaparras, adicione o azeite, o molho inglês, o suco de limão e a mostarda e misture bem. Fatie os cogumelos. Distribua as fatias em um recipiente. Regue com o molho. Finalize com o parmesão ralado e alcaparras. Se quiser, enfeite com pimenta biquinho.
