According to the sign, this plane running under 47 feet head at 58 rpm venting 90.6 second feet, gives 30% efficiency. Best speed is 87rpm with best effecency of 60% (83 theoretical) . Water entered from below, the upward pressure balancing the weight of the wheel, shaft, and bevel gear, relieving fricting from bearings.
