Description
English: Sbg1 depends on the secretory pathway for its trafficking. Cells expressing mEGFP-Sbg1 were treated with Brefeldin-A (BFA) or its solvent ethanol for ~10 min and imaged on bare slide with a time interval of 1 min. Sbg1 signal in cytoplasmic puncta and cell tips are dramatically reduced. Time is in h: min. Frame rate: 7 fps.
