Description
Deutsch: Produktion von Würsten beim Erntedankfest 2008 in Resiutta im Fellatal in Friaul / Italien / Europäische Union. Beim Erntedankfest führt ein Fleischhauer mit weißer Schürze dem vorbeigehenden Publikum die Produktion von Würsten vor. Am Tisch (Heurigentisch) liegen schneckenförmig eingerollte Bratwürste, vermutlich Salsisicca fresca, daneben etwas dicker kleinere Salamis. Das Video zeigt das Abbinden der Würste. Am linken Finger trägt der Mann einen Ehering. Video ohne Ton.
English: Production of sausages at Thanksgiving 2008 in Resiutta in the Fella valley / Canal del Ferro / Friuli-Venezia Giulia / Italy / EU. At Thanksgiving shows a butcher in a white apron over the broad public, the production of sausages. On a simple wooden folding table are helically coiled sausages, probably Salsisicca fresca, in addition to some smaller thicker Salamis. The video shows the setting of the sausages. The man on the ring finger of his left hand wearing a wedding ring. Video, no sound.
