Description
English: Supplemental Video 1: Movie showing ADP-SPOC in a skinned cardiomyocyte treated with anti-α-actinin antibody-QDs. Excited by blue light. Speed, 31 fps. See Figure 1 for the sarcomere structure and antibody conjugated-QDs.

Supplemental Video 2: Same myocyte as in Supplemental Video 1 but observed under the bright field. Speed, 31 fps.

Supplemental Video 3: Movie showing Ca2+ sparks at rest without stimulation followed by a Ca2+ wave propagating through a rat ventricular myocyte. Ca2+ was detected with Fluo-4 at 25°C, based on (25). Bar, 10 μm. Speed, 31 fps.
