Description
Deutsch: Geiselhöring, Sallach 4. Am westlichen Ortsrand an der Abzweigung zur Eittinger Straße steht die im Jahr 1750 erbaute Theklakapelle. Links neben dem Altar hängt die Schnitzfigur der Patronin der Kapelle, die Heilige Thekla von Ikonium. Thekla war Schülerin des Apostels Paulus. Zu ihren Füßen sind wilde Tiere dargestellt, die sie gemäß der Heiligenlegende von der bevorstehenden Hinrichtung retteten.
