Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Control cells showed normal mitotic progression. HeLa/GFP-H2B cells were treated with control siRNA. After 48 hr, cells were incubated in medium containing 2 mM thymidine for 18 hr, and then released into fresh medium for 7 hr. Images were acquired at 5 min intervals.
