Português: A Quarta Turma do Superior Tribunal de Justiça negou pedido de indenização securitária à família do proprietário e piloto de um avião que caiu em Minas Gerais, em 2001. Ao manter o acórdão do Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo, o colegiado considerou que houve agravamento de risco – suficiente para afastar a indenização – em razão de o proprietário não possuir habilitação específica para a condução de aeronave por instrumentos. Além disso, o copiloto estava com a habilitação vencida. |
