Português: O STJ Cidadão da semana vai tratar sobre a violência no trânsito.
Dados do Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada ( ipea ) mostram que só em 2014, foram registrados 170 mil acidentes em rodovias federais brasileiras. O custo à sociedade, em média, chega a r$ 72 mil. Segundo a polícia rodoviária federal, o maior causador de acidente ainda é a imprudência. Em 2012 entrou em vigor a lei seca (lei 12.760) que endureceu as regras principalmente para quem é flagrado dirigindo depois de ingerir bebida alcoólica. O STJ Cidadão vai contar histórias de quem foi vítima e de quem causou acidente e também teve sequelas. Pessoas que viram a vida mudar em um segundo. |
