Description
English: Confocal time-lapse microscopy of NSP2-EGFP/MA104 cells infected with simian rotavirus SA11 [MOI, 25 VFU/cell]. Cells were recorded from 5 to 24 hpi at a rate of one frame per 20 min. Yellow arrows indicate the site of viroplasm fusion. Scale bar is 10 µm.
