Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.; In een zaal te Zwolle zijn een aantal mannen bijeengekomen. Ze krijgen de man één sigaar uitgereikt. Op een teken steken ze er allemaal de brand in en beginnen te roken. Het is een wedstrijd wie de langste aspunt kan fabriceren. De deelnemers aan de wedstrijd hangen, naarmate de wedstrijd vordert, steeds meer achterover om de sigaar vertikaal en daardoor de aspunt intact te houden. Wie zijn as verliest moet de peuk inleveren bij de jury die de lengte meet.
English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.; A number of men are gathered in a room in Zwolle. They all get one cigar. On the startsign all men light their cigar and start smoking. It is a match in which the participants try to get the longest ashes on their cigar. The participants, as the match goes along, all held their cigar as vertically as possible. Whenever somebody loses his ash the judge starts to measure the length of the ashes. |
