Summary

[edit]
Description
English: 3D image stacks of HeLa cells depleted of AP-2 and briefly incubated with FM 1-43 dye. The movie contains sequential optical sections spaced 0.3 microns apart from the series shown in Fig. 6B. The movie goes through sections from the top to the bottom of the cells. Tubular structures projecting into the cell interior are clearly observed in the sections closest to the bottom of the cells depleted of AP-2 by μ2 RNAi treatment. These tubules are hard to observe in cells containing normal amounts of AP-2.
