HeLa cells co-expressing mRFP-SNX16 (red) and EGFP-RILP (green) were analyzed by fluorescence video microscopy (see Fig 2C). Yellow color in the merged panel (right) indicates re-distribution of SNX16-containing endosomes to the RILP-induced late endosomal cluster in the perinuclear region around the MTOC [18], [19]. Image acquisition was at a frame rate of 1 fps for 30 sec. |
