Description
English: This movie shows a cut-away view of the 3D import pathway of cargo complex −30GFP/Imp α/Imp β1 through the NPC (green cloud; brighter color indicates higher spatial density ) superimposed on the NPC architecture (blue). Spatial dimension of effective transport route is marked in nanometer. C, the cytoplasmic side of the NPC. N, the nucleoplasmic side of the NPC.
