Description
English: Dynamics of rNadA in 17-AAG treated cells. Chang cells, pre-treated overnight with 0.5 µM 17-AAG (17-AAG), were incubated for 1 h with Alexa488-conjugated rNadA (green), in presence of the the drug. Cells were then washed and imaged at the confocal microscope. Images were taken every 4 seconds.
