| Description |
Having a break after some nise glissading. It is very important to stay hydrated and have enough food. I noticed this on the way up, I did not want to stop and take my pack off to get at a snack but I noticed my performance dropping. Also, I stopped joking around (I think I said: "When my BS (blod sugar) drops, my BS (bull----) drops) I cadged a snack from Linda and felt a lot better.After the hike, Linda gave me a little external bag to carry snacks in. I am going to start using it. 077 |
