Description
English: Roadworks and the Vine. The Vine at Kinver owes its genesis to the coming of 410770 and the 1830 Beer House act this allowed for the sale of Beer and Cider but not sprits or wine. This kind of Ale House was not licensed for the Sabbath. Today it is a thriving Free House see http://www.expressandstar.co.uk/2007/01/27/the-vine-kinver/ and is it is conveniently located for a pint while passing through 410803. The photo was taken from the Bridge over the Canal on Dunsley Rd.
