“New York Jany 24th 1829
Mr R.P.Hunt
Sir enclosed I forward you twenty five dollars to apply on the Judgement you hold against me. I wish you to sell the Horses as Soon as possible and endorse on the Judgt also & please cancel the [Same?] as I have sold the [same?] to Isaac Townsend &Given a deed without his knowing any thing about yours [illegible] the remainder I will pay Daniel when he comes down in the spring or if that will not answer write Me at 2 Bowery & I will forward the remainder of the cash As I do not wish Isaac or Edwin to know of the same & much oblige
