I have repeatedly sent the note to Mr Brown but he has not paid a farthing on it I am out of patience with him and wish you would collect it as soon as possible – If you collect this you will please to keep your fees in the case of Hunt vs Ireland – out of it and send me the ballance by the first opportunity. I Depended on Clark & Birdsall to pay you but they informed me to day that they had not paid it.
