Description
English: Supplementary Movie 5 PGCs (EGFP-marked) change their migration path upon contacting the gut tube (DsRedlabeled) as imaged using SiMView light-sheet microscopy starting at 26hpf. Cells were tracked using ImageJ. Scale bar 25μm. Dorsal view and anterior is up. See also Fig. 6b.
