Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 A two-photon movie showing PGC behavior in a cluster. Lateral view of a transgenic Tg(kop:egfp-f-3'nos3) zebrafish embryo whose PGC membranes are shown in turquoise and somatic cell nuclei labeled in red by injection of h2b-mcherry RNA. The green track of a PGC indicates anterior-posterior migration, whereas the yellow track lateral-medial migration of the same cell. Scale bar 25μm. Anterior is to the left and dorsal is up. See also Fig. 1c.
