[edit]DescriptionRemote-Excitation-of-Neuronal-Circuits-Using-Low-Intensity-Low-Frequency-Ultrasound-pone.0003511.s004.ogv |
English: The video illustrates a time-lapsed series of confocal images obtained from a thy-1-spH organotypic slice culture. Hippocampal CA1 stratum pyramidale is in the upper left region of the movie with the proximal portion of stratum radiatum emerging towards the lower right quadrant of the movie. The appearance of red stim indicates the delivery of LILFU-1. As indicated by the increase in spH fluorescence intensity, the induction of vesicle release in response to LILFU can be clearly resolved at individual buttons. |
