| Description |
English: Reed beds near Haye Farm and Salter Mill. Just to the west of the River Tamar, this low lying wetland is protected to some extent from the brackish water of the tidal river by a small sluice gate (see469698). The OS maps show a couple of small lakes here but it was impossible to make them out through the reed growth.
Haye Farm is behind the trees in the middle distance. |
