Summary
[edit]DescriptionReducible inguinal hernia.webm |
English: The inguinal hernia is on the right side. The hernia is approximately 10 years old and has remained unchanged during that time. The hernia causes little to no discomfort.
By applying gentle and constant pressure, the hernia can be pushed into the abdomen. When the pressure is removed, the hernia quickly reappears. The hernia never stays behind the abdominal wall except when lying down (on the side or back). There is a faded scar on the left side (opposite of the hernia shown in the video) where an open surgery was performed to repair an inguinal hernia approximately 15 years prior. |
