Description
English: Supplementary Movie 7 Non-colonisation with the discrete model. A representative simulation of melanoblast colonisation generated using the discrete model with reduced proliferation (10-hour cell cycle time). The simulation lasts for 5 days starting at E10.5 and finishing at E15.5. Reduced cell densities can be observed at the end of the simulation with a clear unpopulated patch at the most ventral position. Left and right domains are shown with the ventrum in the centre of the image.
