Description
English: AVE cells migrate as a group. An e5.6 wild-type embryo was imaged for 5 h, as in Video S1. At each time point, a stack of 8 slices was taken, at 5 µm per slice. Extended focus images have been aligned to correct for movements of the embryo, using the distal border as a reference point.
