Description
English: Retrograde cotransport of rVSV CVS G AF647 with fluorescent transferrin (Tfn). Time-lapse imaging of microchannel neurites of a compartmentalized culture of DRG neurons stained with calcein (green). AF647-labeled rVSV RABV G particles (blue) and Tfn-AF594 (red) are imaged by high resolution live confocal microscopy at 2s intervals at 3hpi. Retrograde axoplasmic transport is directed from bottom to top.
